Research

My research interests lie in information-seeking behavior on information and communication technologies (ICTs) via online social networks, focusing on networked communities, social media and the use of computational analysis of large data sets (Big Data). My research often comprises of building electronic and/or web-based programmable data collection tools, capturing subjects’ behavior as they interact with these tools, and often analyze the data using statistical and machine learning methods.
