Bio:
Hector D. Ceniceros’ research on data science is focused on the development, analysis, and application of machine learning tools to advance efficient numerical methods for multi scale and time-dependent problems and for the discovery of new soft materials through mathematical modeling and simulation. Ceniceros teaches a graduate course on mathematical foundations of data science.
