His research covers all the aspects of data science:  (1) Deep learning models with  cross-domain applications in bioinformatics, computer systems, and social science; (2) Democratizing data science using  natural language interfaces; and  (3) Modeling, managing, and mining large-scale, heterogeneous graphs.
